Use dynamic:N[,N] to be alerted at N% if/when the plan isn't yet N% complete. e.g., It may be useful to know if you have used 25% of your minutes on day 2, but not useful to know if you have used 25% of your minutes on day 28. Use static:N[,N] to be alerted at N%. May specify dynamic, static, or both. |
